Principles of Bucket Truck Operations

This course, based on the ANSI 92.2 standard, provides users with the regulatory information and technical information they will need to use Bucket Trucks on a jobsite.

Course information is reinforced through chapter quizzes and in-course exercises. User must achieve a score of 75% or greater on the final exam to pass the course and receive a 3-year certificate of completion.

• The Operator’s Manual
• Stakeholders
• Roles and Responsibilities
• Types of Lifts
• Pre-Use Inspection
• Unit controls
• Operations
• Fall Protection
• Power Lines and other hazards

This course includes a general Pre-Use Inspection Form and this course should be accompanied by hands-on practical training and familiarization.

Final Exam Policy:

1. Users are granted two attempts to pass the Final Exam.
2. After the first attempt, if unsuccessful, users may review their missed questions before taking the second attempt.
3. If a user fails both Final Exam attempts:

• The user must repurchase the entire course.
• The user is required to retake all course materials in full.
• Only after completing these steps will the user regain access to the Final Exam.

Important: Failing both exam attempts necessitates buying and retaking the entire course. There are no exceptions to this policy.
